The working-at-the-office-3 -times-a-week change is difficult and exhausting, so I’m going to add a last minute goal to really take care of myself this week.
I’ll try hard to not fall asleep as soon as I get home tonight. I want to actually do something productive that is beneficial to my overall health. I want to be in the moment and mindful, like Minnie is in her video. I haven’t journaled in a very long time and I need to repaint my toenails!
I have some self-caring to do!
